Prepare progress reports, execution reports etc: Responsible for managing project financial accounts, issuance of releases and preparation of expenditure statements: Ensure compliance of codal formalities and Government rules during implementation of the project; Maintain project related database, correspondence with HEC concerned departments and agencies, monitoring and verifying the records of the project related data, participate in preparation of new proposals / PC-1s for new projects, prepare documents for the funds releases, monitoring of implementation of Bond and Agreement signed between student, parent/guardian and the representative of the HEC. |

Applicants are required to apply online through HEC website http://hjp.hec.gov.pk and send hard copy of the same application along with photographs and attested photocopies of required documents and a receipt of application processing fee. An amount of Rs.300/- may be deposited in the online A/C No. 17427900133401 of HEC maintained for the purpose in Habib Bank Ltd. A proforma for depositing funds is available at http://www.hec.gov.pk/payment. Last date for receipt of applications is 03-08-2009. Incomplete / late applications will not be entertained. Those already in Govt. Service should apply Through Proper Channel. The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee will not be considered / counted as experience. Only eligible candidates will be called for test/interview. Written test of the eligible candidates for the post will be conducted through NTS. Selectee can be posted anywhere in Pakistan and may be assigned to any other approved project of HEC. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications. It may also be noted that beside the salary, no other facility (like housing, car, conveyance allowance telephone, medical etc.) will be admissible to the selected candidates.
