Job Description
Prepare progress reports, execution reports etc:
Responsible for managing project financial accounts, issuance of releases and preparation of expenditure statements:
Ensure compliance of codal formalities and Government rules during implementation of the project;
Maintain project related database, correspondence with HEC concerned departments and agencies, monitoring and verifying the records of the project related data, participate in preparation of new proposals / PC-1s for new projects, prepare documents for the funds releases, monitoring of implementation of Bond and Agreement signed between student, parent/guardian and the representative of the HEC.

Qualification & Experience Details Master degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized university with 02 years relevant experience of project management. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is must.

Selectee can be posted anywhere in Pakistan and may be assigned to any other approved project of HEC. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications. It may also be noted that beside the salary, no other facility (like housing, car, conveyance allowance telephone, medical etc.) will be admissible to the selected candidates.
